CEO & Principal Architect
Ar. David is a graduate of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. He has worked in the Philippines and Singapore before establishing KDAS Group.
He is the Co-founder and CEO of “KDAS Group” since January 2020 that also originated from a Partnership under KD Design + Architecture back in 2007 while slowly making marks in the industry. With extensive experience in Hospitality, Residential and Commercial Design encompassing economical & distinctive architecture, construction feasibility under intuitive planning, curated & synthesized architectural-interior; he is focused to expand and redefine the company’s capability with deeper Business Output for their Clients.
Influenced from International Design and Business Language from his former affiliations; attaining a world class competitive Architectural Firm was not a huge challenge but an opportunity to introduce adaptive technological innovations in the industry practice. David have devoted his role to meet the needs of diversified end-users, clientele and their environment in the developing definitive goals or business hereafter.

COO, Principal Architect & BIM Manager
Ar. Kazandra is a graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology. She has worked in the Philippines and Singapore before establishing KDAS Group.
As co-Principal Architect, BIM Manager and COO, Ar.Kazandra Yap Cabigao oversees the cohesion of design solutions achieved by paying attention to details and maximizing the available innovations. To her, Experiential and User centric approach is the core on every Planning, Design and Research done by the company.

As a partner Architect, Ar. Anngelica has a vast and diverse experience in hospitality and data center design using BIM. Being an enthusiast with modern technology, she ensures collaboration and presentation among different allied disciplines and their compliance to project requirements and company standards.

Ar. Suzanne is a graduate of Adamson University. She has worked in Palafox Associates & PRSP Architects, among few others, in the Philippines before joining KDAS Group.
As a Partner Architect, Ar. Suzanne oversees that need to seek as an architect the value of each building they produce not just aesthetically as well its functionality and carry out to the user and its needs. Being engaged in this industry every design they construct has a story and basis on its own. As her passion derives from this profession she has practiced of keen detailed attitude to every drawing she put together and an eye for every design she creates. As she once said, "Nothing should be overlooked or forgotten every corner has its own purpose".
